This hotel offers a cozy and stylish atmosphere with relaxing rooms and great lighting, making it a lovely place to stay.

Its location was marvellous and magnificent, to the Don Muan'g airport, and in a tourist area. Silom district was worth visiting.

The hotel needed an upgrade.

Everything was excellent, marvellous location off of an alley which makes the street more quiet, the staff were amicable. Location: the hotel was near to the restaurants, sky train, Silom road and Lumpini park and roughly around 5-10 minutes walking distance. Tried some takeout specials at Sparky's Grill, luckily it was within a close distance from the venue. They offered us good meals, had a wide array of options to choose from...

Everything was great, with plenty to do. the location was fantastic-just a short walk to all the places we needed to get to. the staff were really friendly and attentive too. 😊.

The elegant furnishings and charming details made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious yet comfortable home away from home. The hotel's general areas were also maintained impeccably, providing a clean and inviting environment for all guests. As a senior woman, I greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy access to the BTS sky train and MRT subway. It made exploring Bangkok's vibrant cityscape a breeze!

I would have loved to see some more organized activities or amenities specifically tailored for senior guests. Offering gentle exercise classes or a dedicated quiet space for relaxation would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

They didn't provide mosquito spray at check-in, so I had a lovely time being bitten. How thoughtful!

The hotel was close to good restaurants and all the great street food that Bangkok has to offer. the staff were friendly. They were great too help me when my bank card was eaten by an ATM, allowing me to use their mobile phone.

The staff at the hotel, especially Anne and Sireegarn, were incredibly courteous and helpful. the location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated near a variety of amenities such as cafes, stores, banks, and restaurants. This was particularly convenient for me as a person with physical limitations. the rooms were compact and well-equipped, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel provided an excellent experience overall, leaving no room for any negative feedback.

The hotel is located in a prime area close to public transportation and numerous dining options. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. the bathroom was also sizable and had all the necessary toiletries provided. the service was friendly and efficient, making our stay comfortable. the nearby shopping centers and attractions made the location ideal for sightseeing and exploring.

Some guests have reported issues with the air conditioning, and there have been complaints of overpriced taxis arranged by the hotel.

The noise level was unacceptable. Loud music from the sauna next door could be heard in the hotel, including my room, during the afternoon.

We loved the cleanliness of this hotel, from the lobby to the room. The staff was helpful; they immediately replaced the faulty fridge and gave us an extra two hours to check out on the day of departure. This hotel had easy transportation access, as it was relatively near MRT stations. The hotel is in a prime spot, near good restaurants and the bustling action of the city.
